Firstly, how are you determining if it is on demo mode and not just faulty? or control lock out on many machines now so maybe start with the service manual?

I have tried touching the freezer, ref,alarm buttons at the same time but it will not get out of this mode. I've talked with tech support on the phone and adjusted the temp for both the freezer and the ref. I keep trying using the three button touch at the same time but i can't seem to get it to come out of demo mode. Always goes back to 0 FF.

Mar 12, 2017 · I did the 2 button reset trick and nothing. Ever since the fridge has worked no problems and the freezer stays around 40. This fridge is twin cooling, dual evaps with one compressor. I had a repair guy come out and he did all his diagnosing etc and said he thinks the main PCB needs to be replaced as the freezer is staying in demo mode.
